WeeklyStay.com helps guests request and reserve weekly and extended-stay hotel rooms. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices guests may have.

How We Use Information

Payment Processing

WeeklyStay uses Stripe to process online payments. Payment information is submitted to Stripe, and Stripe may collect transaction data such as name, email address, phone number, billing details, payment method details, merchant information, amount, date of purchase, and payment status. WeeklyStay does not intend to store full credit card numbers on its own website database.

How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Hotels, property staff, and reservation support teams when needed to respond to a stay request or reservation.
  • Payment processors, including Stripe, for payment processing, fraud prevention, refunds, chargebacks, and transaction records.
  • Website hosting, database, analytics, security, email, and technology service providers that help operate WeeklyStay.com.
  • Professional advisors, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • A successor or buyer if WeeklyStay is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets.

We do not sell guest reservation information.

Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

WeeklyStay.com may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the website working, understand site traffic, improve performance, and protect against misuse. Some third-party services may collect information about your activity over time and across websites. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not currently handled differently because there is no common industry standard for responding to them.

WeeklyStay.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
